If the TaxSmooth team fails to begin the assigned service within 72 hours of receiving payment, a full refund will be issued. We prioritize timely service delivery to ensure your satisfaction.

b. Government Deadline Compliance

If the TaxSmooth team fails to meet a government-mandated deadline for filing or submission, you are entitled to a full refund. We take our responsibility to adhere to regulatory timelines seriously.

2. Refund Policy for Assisted Services

TaxSmooth may offer supplemental services such as Tax advice, Tax return preparation, and e-filing with the Income Tax Department. Please note the following refund terms for these services:

a. No Refund Once Services Are Rendered

Refunds are not available once a Tax Expert has:

  • Reviewed your Tax summary
  • Provided any form of Tax advice
  • Assisted in the preparation of your Tax return

b. Conditions for No Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You have received Tax advice or assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • A Tax Expert has participated in any part of your Filing process, including consultations or document review

c. Completion of Services

Once Tax advice or Return preparation services have been rendered—including Expert review and consultations—no refunds will be processed.

3. Refund Request Procedure

If you meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 1, you may initiate a refund request within 30 days of your service purchase. Please contact us at info@taxsmooth.online or our support number with your refund reason and any supporting details. This will help us process your request efficiently.

Our customer support team will carefully review your request. A refund will be issued only if your request meets the conditions set out in this policy.

4. Refund Timeline

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original purchase. We strive to make your refund experience seamless and Timely.

5. General Conditions

TaxSmooth reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is suspected to be fraudulent or if you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
